The role is a full-time position, and you will be based at our office in Solna with the possibility of remote work three times a week.

Responsibilities:

At Randstad, we believe that our candidate management is the key to our success. As part of our central Talent Center, you will become an invaluable expert for the entire group. Here, you will find tomorrow's talents and match them with exciting assignments for our clients across the country. Your workday will primarily consist of creating and publishing job ads, selection, phone interviews, personal interviews, taking references, conducting background checks, and sending out tests. Furthermore, the Talent Center works on developing the talent journey and building networks with talents for future assignments.

Qualifications:

  • We believe you have a degree from a university/college with a focus on HR or similar. You are at the beginning of your career and are now looking for a chance to develop within recruitment.

  • To thrive in this role, you need to be responsible and meticulous in your work, and of course, find recruitment very exciting!

  • Furthermore, we believe you enjoy creating and maintaining relationships and are a good team player who appreciates the opportunity to learn from your colleagues.

  • We see you as a person who is attentive, engaged, and solution-oriented in your approach to tackling and solving the various tasks that the position entails.

  • At times, the pace is high, so you need to have a good ability to plan and organize your work and be eager to achieve good results.

  • You need to have excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as we document and meet many candidates in our daily work and need to hold dialogues with colleagues across the country.

Application:

The position is full-time and permanent (starting with a six-month probationary period). You will be based at Randstad's office in Solna. We warmly welcome you to express your interest in the position by 2026-02-25. Please note that selection and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis. The position may therefore be filled before the application deadline.

Our recruitment process consists of several different stages in the form of interviews and tests, and we conduct a criminal record check on all final candidates. Some communication in the process will occur via email, so we ask you to keep an eye on your inbox after submitting your application. For candidates with special needs, we can of course assist with adjustments to tests, etc., in the process.

The head of the team is Sophie Jörnelius, and she is happy to answer questions about the role at: [email protected]. We look forward to your application!
